Sushi at a local restaurant -- what a great way to celebrate a birthday, even if it is almost two weeks late. Some food is worth the wait. Pictured below, clockwise from front: two pieces of octopus, two pieces tobiko (flying fish roe) wrapped in seaweed and topped with quail egg, three pieces salmon and one of creamy sea urchin.
