Tuedly, er Tuesday night -- time for an easy, cooperative effort at supper. Turkey bratwursts baked in the oven, while we chopped garlic and mushrooms, and caught up on the news of each other's day. While the fettuccini cooked, we mooshed up avocado with lemon juice. Magically, a salad came together.
Lots of Parmesan cheese over top is always the crowning touch.
