Once in a blue burger

No, that's not really right. The burger wasn't blue. It was definitely cooked, but instead of the more traditional cheddar or Swiss topping, it's covered with blue cheese. Or should that be bleu? Although where I'm in Mexico, maybe it should be azul? It's known here as the "Jane Burger" and is apparently named after a patron who first made the request. Whatever, it was delicious, and I'm happy to just be rolling along with the plan.
