Creamy Green Sauce for a Spring Day

It's been a while since I've had pasta, so I was hungry for it. After all, it's one of the major food groups, isn't it?

So tonight it's tortellini with a creamy sauce full of mushrooms. But instead of its usual pale appearance, the sauce is looking quite green in honour of the still-new season. I spiked it up by adding an almost-pesto sauce I made from fresh basil, garlic and olive oil.

The salad has some basil leaves tossed into it too. Happy spring!
