I know that it's spring...

...because asparagus is on sale. Finally, it's half the price of what it's been all winter. With such a nice fresh veg, I don't feel so bad that the rest of the meal is store-bought frozen or boxed. Chicken breasts stuffed with broccoli and cheese (or some such facsimile) and the trusted cheesy potatoes.

I did doctor up the potatoes with onion and dried wild mushrooms. And yes, there's a salad, but isn't there always?
