It was a beautiful spring day today. I managed to finish most of the pruning and cleaned up a couple of garden beds. So it seemed like the right night to kick off the barbecue season.
The steaks were accompanied by some fresh oysters. To the salad, I added nice hunks of the proverbial blue (bleu?) cheese. Chunks of baguette leftover from last night's supper, and we were set.
