
I love it that we don't always know what supper will be. With street food it depends on who's in town and who's selling what on a particular evening.

We ended up at a place along the town square. It was a place where we saw everything as it was being made, from the tortillas to the barbecued pork -- or the course we were too full to try, sausages and fried cibollas (onions).
