I’d taken some chicken breast cutlets from the freezer and we doctored those up with the basil/ginger chicken rub then sautéed them in the big iron skillet.
With green salad alongside, the supper was bueno.
This started out in 2009 as a year-long series of answers to an age-old question. At the end of that year, I thought I'd put it to bed. But then in 2011, when we began exploring North America in an RV, it nudged its way back into existence. And here it is yet again, popping up as a companion to an altogether-too-brief holiday in the Bahamas. As with the original, though I'm glad to share recipes, What's fer supper isn't a cooking blog.
