Gourmet Saturday

Once again, supper at the Denman Island Festival proved to be memorable. Wild salmon covered in pesto then wrapped in filo pastry. A green salad, a potato-and-vegies salad, and an interesting combo of corn and quinoa (again -- this is the third time in two weeks -- what's up with me and quinoa?).

A late posting, as this is after a post-readings party.

In the meantime, I'll keep reporting. Though really, I don't think the food can get much better.
