More friends joined the clan tonight. They brought fresh garden produce from Saltspring, so we had a beautiful bowl of green salad. John made lean pork chops on the barbie. Potatoes and buns to round it out.
To balance flavours, lemon meringue pie from Saltspring. Not so bad for 'wilderness' eating.
