Ah, if only it had been a lazy Mediterranean day. Instead, it was a plain old work day.
Supper is nice and lazy though. Some chicken thighs baked with olive oil, the last of a hot sauce from yesterday, some chunks of garlic, and the juice of a lemon squeezed over top. A baked potato for sharing, some store-bought dolmades from a tin. Leftover bread and homous.
Sort of a Greek salad -- a tomato, pepper and cuke with feta.
Lazy, and just fine for a demanding Monday.
