It's been a full-on day and I have to attend a meeting tonight, so there's not a lot of time for fussing with a nice meal. Luckily, there are leftovers (both quinoa and rabbit in sauce) from Sunday. To fill in the gaps, a pan of store-bought cabbage rolls heated up in the oven, alongside the two pans of leftovers.
Bit of an odd combination, but it's warm and an interesting (if nothing else!) blend of foods. Salad? A tomato and an avocado, both sliced. How daring, eh.
