Is there a supermarket anywhere that doesn't have pre-roasted chickens for sale? This is a super-busy night for me (combing my hair while I type this posting), so easy chicken was the answer. I also grabbed some grainy buns and a fresh avocodo that felt perfect (I was right!), so here were the fixin's of one mighty fine sandwich. Zoom!
