I like to decide 'what's fer supper' by following what I'm hungry for.
Last night, I needed the fire of that green curry. It felt as though it was burning away the germs of this cold.
Likewise, tonight I'm needing sourness. So, what better than a slowly cooked pot of pork ribs and sauerkraut? Not everybody's cup of tea, but topped with homemade dumplings, this is just what I need.
